Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. We accept payment through secure third-party platforms such as Squarespace Payments, Stripe, PayPal, and other listed providers.

4. Shipping & Delivery—We offer both domestic and international shipping. Timeframes vary depending on your location and the product ordered. Any delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and delays can occur, especially during busy periods or due to external factors.

We are not responsible for customs charges, import taxes, or delays caused by local postal services.

5. Returns & Refunds—Due to the nature of our products (often made-to-order or limited edition), all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or there has been an error on our part.

If your item is damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photographs of the damage and packaging. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

Personal Use
Buyers are welcome to display their purchased artwork in their home or workplace and share images of their purchased pieces on social media, provided proper credit is given to Sandra Attales (e.g. tagging @sandraattales or referencing www.sandraattales.com when sharing).

Sharing images for non-commercial, personal enjoyment is fine — but please do not crop out signatures or watermarks, misrepresent the work as your own, or use it in a way that devalues the original intention or creator.

Licensing & Reproduction Requests—If you are interested in licensing an image for use (e.g. for editorial, publication, commercial project, collaboration, or event), please contact Sandra directly at sandraattales@gmail.com to discuss terms and permissions.
